Need assistance. Work related.

My boss has to go out of town unexpectedly and we are in the middle of a large project that I now have to spearhead. We have four temps coming in next week to help on the data entry portion. I want make sure that they can come in right away and be successful. Besides terminals and the source material. Any idea what else I should have to ensure that they are successful. My brain is kinda fried, as I'm doing too many things at once.. So any ideas are appreciated.

Make a flow chart for what they are supposed to do clearly labeling the steps and processes....People follow good directions...

make sure to let those temps know who's in charge the minute they get there. if they feel you're relaxed as their leader, they will relax and not be as productive. if you come off as a strong leader with clear cut directions on what needs to be done and the timetables for when everything needs to be done, it should be
