does anyone understand this? people from tomshardware told me to use this program and i got this

i did a quick search, like others have said, looks like your pc driver are probably whats causing the problems, you might want to update them. People with faster machines then yours had the same problems

try to update everything if you can, if not maybe you should just try running the game at a lower resolution or something.
