Need help identifying a model

Hi all,

 Newb here but a great fan of Nike overall. Ran into a research block a few weeks ago that I still couldn't overcome. Saw these shows in a video on youtube and I browsed through Nike site and as well as Ebay, just couldn't find what model is this exactly. Looks like a High Top with a bottom of a classic Cortez. 
 Any help will be appreciated - really wanna get me a pair!
