Need help identifying these sneakers

I cannot seem to nail down what these sneakers are. I’ve only found one other pic online and they were labeled as being “Nike Heart Franchise Low Plus”. They aren’t Airforce 1 Valentines. I believe the shoes were mfg’d in 2004 according to the barcode inside the tongue. I just would like to know what their official name is and roughly what they are worth.

It says Nike Franchise Low because that's what they are called.
