Need help pricing these I've been out of the loop for so long now not sure what going rate is for size 12/13 all are DS

Those prices are grossly inflated.

Black Toe XIIIs are barely getting $250, let alone $350.

$400 for True Blues? Is that what Flight Club is asking?
