Need New Avatar??

I registered for NT back in November.. didnt get the layout of forum. But I am a very avid ISS'er, and they have a UG called Avy Inc. and thoughtNT should have a thread where people can request new avys. If this is already been made or mods feel it unnecessary, please lock.
