need quick opinions on amazon prime.

my amazon prime expired and i need to buy something... shipping for 2-days is $12 already (the free 3-5 shipping is another option).

amazon prime is half off $40.. it includes free 2-day shipping for a year and tv/video streaming.

anyone familiar with the streaming of movies/tv shows.. as far as how big is the selection and can I stream through my ps3 or xbox?

need opinions if it's worth the cost for those who use the service.

Most of us have the student prime membership, which doesn't allow free streaming.

hmm yeah same... i'm pissd i didn't renew when i had the chance.. could have kept my prime for another year.

The selection for streaming is garbage. The only things I've ever streamed off Amazon is stuff I've had to pay for. I haven't tried using it with the ps3 or 360, only Google TV.

renew it for free by just replacing some lowercase letters for caps in your email address if you have a student acct
