I'm doing a culinary research project for class, and basically I'm building an American Buffet from the ground up.


AND I can't think of a catchy name? any Ideas?

Yeah, basically American homestyle type food...you guys can even suggest a different type food style restaurant.

Yeah, basically American homestyle type food...you guys can even suggest a different type food style restaurant.

Since its homestyle, you could go with a 50s homestyle or even diner theme and call it 'Golden Years Buffett'
