NETFLIX USERS! NEED HELP WITH NETFLIX!

okay so i just started up my one month trial of netflix on my xbox just 10 min ago. 
I clicked on my first movie which was that one Lebron James movie to just watch something real quick and then this happened

PLEASE HELP!

BTW. JUST TRIED ANOTHER DOCUMENTARY AND IT IS WORKING.
