Sure so what happens when a 9th grade thst has a girl in 8th grade thst hasn't hit 13 yet.

Honestly even with chemical or even physical castration they can still assault a child with an object instead of their bodies. It could even cause more issues because now the pervert can be enraged that they can't get that same sexual gratification and become more violent than before.

I'm not going to act like I know THE solution or even A solution but this one doesn't hit me as a viable one

Sounds like some old white dudes wrote down whatever they thought sounded cool. Seen this before with public hangings and the burning of witches. This won't end well
