New facebook settings ugh

how do you create a setting where you can hide who's wall you've wrote on or who's status's you've liked from being published on your ownwall?
I used to have the settings down properly before they changed everything up.
This is gonna get me in trouble with my girl unless I can figure out a way to get it back to being hidden.

Go to privacy thing and changed everyhting to be only viewed by you and restrict view for others.

They just put out a bunch of new settings for privacy but I haven't really checked in to see what they do. They do switch it up every week.
