New FRIEND REQUEST.... MOM?!?!?!/ DAD??!?!? Unappreciation Vol. NOPE

SOOOO last semester I got a friend request from my moms on FBook...

My mistake: I added her. Seeing no harm in allowing her some insight into my firstyear in college. Soon, it became clear it could get rocky if it continued on the same path. I would curse in my updates as usual, expecting her to accept andunderstand that I use profanity when I'm not around her. WRONG. She would be the first to comment and be like "you need to stop cursing and aren'tyou supposed to be in class???!??"

... my hand was forced at this point, NT... I was headed for the "delete friend" option before I couldeven process what was happening like

... I felt bad though cause I knowit hurt her feelings but it was just too uncomfortable to have her that close to my social life.

Fast forward a few months & it's only a few weeks away from the beginning of the '09 Fall semester... I log on to FB, see there's a requestfrom none other than MY DAD..

He's 10x's worse than my moms atbeing judgemental. Needless to say, I ignored dude (seeing as my Status is currently "How fly + freetime = where's my lighter????"

butI'm hopin there's no hard feelings... It's just a rule now... NO PARENTS ON FBOOK/MYSPACE/ or maybe Your Twitter.

.... Any similarexperiences/ opinions??

My ex's mom had a facebook, and she was super christian, stay tryna convert me

That is just asking for trouble. My dad friend requested me on FB. First thing that came to mind: Decline. I didn't even think about it twice. My dadalways jokes around about me not adding him on FB. My mom has yet to find me & I hope it stays that way.
