New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

I get what your saying but you never know who your dealing with. I doubt hernandez would do all that, but its not out the question for Ortiz to be a marked man if he gets off and if that's the case he brought it upon himself.

If I'm Lloyd's family though, I'd be tight if Ortiz got off if he had involvement in the murder.

At the end of the day though Ortiz put himself in a lose/lose situation on his own terms. Seeing his criminal record I doubt he'll change.

You can't rationalize the actions of criminals but the simple fact is, not to commit crimes that can risk having you locked up for a long time in the first place

Out one side of your mouth you said dudes that commit crimes are looking for shortcuts... Out the other you're saying their selfish for putting their friends and families in that situation if they switched..

Dudes that are looking for shortcuts will ALWAYS look for shortcuts. Whether it's robbing a bank for quick cash or snitching on their homie to reduce a prison sentence.

It's the easy way out. Every time. That's not a one way street. It ain't like these dudes don't know and realize who Aaron Hernandez is and where he's come from... They don't care. They see a way out. Theyre going to take it.

Not everything is an episode of the Sopranos or The Wire or First 48.

1. Who?

2. Your here trying to give some type of sane thought process about people who commit crimes?

Do you not realize they are criminals and all that ethics BS went out the window when they decided to commit crimes ?

It's easy to sit here and say one thing.

But when someone is sitting infront of you with 2 options.

1 being 3-5

1 being 25

Your gonna sit here behind your computer screen and said you wouldn't take the deal :rolleyes
Your talking about TV repetively when it's clear you yourself have no clue about dudes living on that side of the law. If anything coming out about Hernandez is truth this man catches bodies like nothing. You really think he won't use some of that money he has to kill a few innocent people just to get back at dude? Whether he eats the case or not I see him doing this, dude clearly gives no *****. Do you know how hard some goons will go to hunt down a man for a mil or even half of that? Some of yall are straight stupid. You sound like the one who isn't sane.

Wait! Lol does Odin really have a public defender in this type of case?

Wow!

Dude is officially done! Lol this public defender is prob the one advising him to snitch freely n not worry. Lol this case is a mess!

Having a public defender repping you for a misdemeanor is even risky but on a murder case is beyond me!

Lol dude couldn't even get a pro bono lawyer to help him?

Smh @ "a public defender is still a lawyer". Yeah and a serial killer is still a human being. *no pun intended* get it?

If you own a business do you hire the liberty tax folks with the dancing statue on the corner or go get a reputable cpa?

And yeah most criminals are looking for shortcuts. But that isn't something they dibble and dabble in. It's a lifestyle they chose, and if you rat and are privelaged enough to get moved then what? You think they taking care of you and it's back to living how you chose to take them shortcuts to? You think your going back to putting in work and still being protected? Chances are you dippin and going back to making money the way you know how. And no one anywhere is working willingly with a rat. So these made up rules internet thugs are making up according to yall, ain't about morals cause there is certainly a large percentage of criminals with none. It certainly don't benefit as much as yall making it seem to cooperate. So unless its double digits most criminals eating the charge, but if its too much to handle even if you are dealing with dudes who aren't going after your family or even you, you aren't about to be living a dream or anything near a good life.

This is why we can't have nice things on NT.

I feel you

When you're dealing with "career" criminals...a low end one at that..dudes are not taking every shortcut for a lower sentence like that..these are the same guys who leave prison and lay their head in the same hoods they just left..and do the same cycle..nobody who continues to just talk would survive that way, its not always that smooth to just pick up and move away for some folks in that life

Its not always as easy as telling and walking...or being relocated..or getting considerable less time either...he's not taking down a crime empire :lol his life isnt worth those resources they would have to use to protect him

idk Ortiz's background..maybe he does talk, walk and start his life over..but at that point its not even about some street code/honor and ****..you have to think about potential consequences and have at least some common sense about your situation if you live a certain lifestyle and will continue to live it..in those same neighborhoods.

I've seen both ends of the spectrum.

I know people that flipped and take a lesser charge just to out and go on about it.

And I know someone right now that is taking a whole mess of charges just so another person can get some time off

No you don't. Unless both people are regular kids who got caught up in some mess you're lying. Just off your post in here I'm 100% sure that any real criminal you know is off coincidence or someone who views you as a consumer. You are not friends or anywhere near close enough to any criminal for you to know what truly goes on in their life.

You  generalize way too much, not all career criminals live in the "hood". What about criminals who snitch and live outside of the hood or outside of neighborhoods that are associated with co-defendants? You guys speak with  faulty generalizations and you speak on **** you know nothing about.

I mean...was what he said not right though? Dude has a public defender on a huge media broadcasted murder case. I wouldn't even let a public defender rep my case on a DUI, let alone something like this.

my post wasnt meant to generalize ALL crimimals if it came off that way. Like I sad I dont even know Ortiz's background and the type of avenues he has.

Not everybody getting into this kind of **** has those options

Hate to break it to all you gangsters, but unless its Russian, American-Italian Mob, 1% bikers, Yakuza, or Cartel, informants aren't getting hit with the Agent 47 hitman job. Sorry, but Ortiz would be fine if he just moved his *** to like Kansas or Vermont and STAYED out of the gang life.

Hernandez's most loyal of loyal goons are not going to trek across America looking for Ortiz.. much less would they have the means to find him, AS LONG AS HE STAYS LOW KEY.

You can't even tell me where George Zimmerman is at this very moment, but you think some gangbangers with a $50,000 incentive and an iMac are just gonna find Ortiz hiding somewhere in America.

Y'all watch too many episodes of Wire/Shield/Sopranos.

Word :lol

Yes and no.

Zimmerman is a scumbag but at least seems smart enough to disappear and lay low and has the funds to do so.

Ortiz has engaged in illegal activities most of his life and really doesn't know nothing aside from that lifestyle. I doubt he has the funds to start a new life elsewhere and I doubt the prosecutors would use funds and resources to relocate him just to bring down aaron Hernandez.

Sure he could lay low and start a new life but I highly doubt someone of his character all of a sudden turns over a new leaf and starts living clean.

That said, is it out the question that Ortiz or the other guy could possibly be the shooter? It would be hilarious if after all this talking Ortiz was the actual shooter.

Isn't Ortiz from Connecticut? Meaning even if Hernandez doesn't know him that well, finding out how to hurt him is incredibly easy. No one trek's across america looking for anybody. Unless Ortiz is a orphan with no friends and no feelings, it's as simple as going after people other than him and he's gonna get word and just show face or they gonna give up where he is. Witness protection only works if you cut all ties completely which most people can't do. You dudes really have no clue what your talking about.

very good point.... but on the flip side of that..... considering Aaron hernandez isn't running some huge criminal enterprise who's to say that the department is willing to completely move his entire family and hide them far far away?

There is a big chance that he doesn't get put into a witness protection program at all now **** him, his family is still in the same places roaming the same hoods and very well could be easily touched.

By sending hernandez to jail he just ripped up the meal ticket for a group of street ****** that will not yield positive results.

Not to mention no one would even put enough money out there to get back at Zimmerman. You think Trayvon's mother is out there offering a undeniable amount of money to these goons to hurt Zimmerman? You think shes got the mentality to offer up paper to get at him by any means necessary? This is far from the same situation. If Hernandez is who he appears to be your talking about a ruthless dude with plenty of paper. I can guarantee what the mob, yakuza or any other big organization is paying to hurt a few people is not more than Hernandez can afford. He might be a local goon, but he doesn't have local funds

Ortiz is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't.

Perhaps I'm wrong but I really can't see him starting a new life, putting a past lifestyle behind him, staying out of trouble and doing things the legal way in a new area while cutting all ties with his past.

Between that, potentially living in fear daily if he stays in his area, or keeping quiet and doing serious time. One way or another his life is changed

They aren't good points. Seeing as how Hernandez has enough money to pay the italian mob to do this if he wanted. Not that he would have to cause he can get it done cheaper, but all those people mentioned who would hit you with the "agent 47 hitman job" would have no problem taking on that job for him for some green paper

A public defender is still a lawyer though.

An it's in the lawyers best interest to do what's best for his client because not only does his client get off, but it moves the public defender up in the world.

All credibility lost with that one :lol :lol

Public defenders work themselves to the bone trying to exonerate criminals they were assigned to in order to gain lawyer cred.
Haven't laughed that much in a while :lol
