Is Granger's knee really that messed up??? If so I'd rather just let the Pacers deal him to NOH for EJ's balky knee

Then again, Reke has also been pretty injury prone so I guess it wouldn't be too big of a step up if we swapped Granger for him. Plus Granger would fill a pretty big positional need.

I would be ecstatic if Mike Malone was our coach. Dude's name has been popping up in head coaching conversations for the last few years. Hopefully he can be the next Tom Thibideau or Spolstra or going even further back Gregg Popovic.

Regardless of what happens, I'm just excited to see ANYTHING happen

Literally, they could do anything and I would be happy because the Maloofs aren't behind it.

according to Peter Vecsey, Mike Malone is a lock
Mike Malone is a living lock 2B Kings' head coach, I'm informed. Don't know time frame of announcement, but go to sleep on it happening.

Warriors' CEO Joe Lacob told me last year he'd do everything 2 help Malone. So when team part owner bought into Kings, Mike became easy sell

Granger was due back from injury midseason, played a few games, and required more surgery. Sounds kinda iffy, but if he doesn't rush back, it sounds like he should be fine. I think the Pacers just want to move on from him if they are able to get a better fit (i.e. another guard who can create a shot) in return; no need in having to SFs who can't consistently create a shot.

The Kings wouldn't have a shot creator either, but I would like that deal for them, just for the sake of clearing up some logjams and getting a former All-Star in return.

Ya man, I've actually been throwing Reke for Granger out there for like the last year or so

now that we have ownership who is willing to throw some money around I could see that trade actually happening. Plus after resigning Tyreke, their salaries won't be too far off I don't think. Maybe the Pacers could find some use in Chuck Hayes too?

Thanks to entire NBA for approving sale of Kings to our organization. It is an honor & a privilege to be part of such an amazing community."

I think Evans is worth re-signing. Maybe something along the lines of 3 years-$24 million with a player option.

The Malone news is exciting, but Peter Vescey reporting? Skeptical. When's the last time he was right about anything?

still doesn't feel real

What do yall think of the not-so-surprising DMC rumors???

Is there any team in the NBA that wouldn't be interested in him?

What about the Cavs #1+Thompson for DMC+filler or something

Throw alonzo gee and another 1st rd in there and I would consider it.

Cavs #1, Gee, and another youngster is a decent return. Or Luke Walton. No need for Tristan, I'd rather keep JT starting if I were the Kings.

He's a decent 3 with some upside. And if you can get Luke Walton, you'd have a backup plan incase Gee didn't pan out :smokin

And I don't see much of an upside to Tristan really.

I said waiters because there's nobody on that team I really want not named Kyrie Irving and the #1 alone doesn't warrant DMC.

Peaches went on a huge rant saying ThRob would never ever be an Allstar. I'd love to see him back on the team just to see peaches' reaction.

I'd love to have him back on the team with capable coach and surrounding staff to help him develop.

Peaches can go eat one. He just went ape **** on Throb to defend the Maloof-fueled trade
