Dudes was PS'ing Knicks jerseys on his body, Making Knicks-colored Derrick Rose sigs...

Now ever since that LeBron and Stephen A. interview, I noticed a couple of y'all acting as if it's a 100% factthat LeBron will go to New York.

I can't front, Y'all have a great chance (Just like you did with Rose *snickers*) to snatch him up, And in all likelihood, LeBronmight make his way to the Knicks...

But G's, It's barely 2009 yet and y'all acting like he about to don the Knicks jersey already...

Y'all need to tone it down and humble yourselves, Cuz this is the same %$$% that led to your disappointment when Rose was drafted to the home team. Stopcounting your eggs before they hatch, Or the only blue and orange Lebron will be rocking is a throwback Cavs uni...

I'd hate to see y'all jinx yourselves again.

sorry but this league is ran by the most corrupt man in sports. The celtics mvp david stern. hes even got people thinking the lakers are a good defensive teamthis year. New York WILL get a big superstar possibly two... if lebron was smart he would go to the nets. they got a good #%* foundation. I agree with Odrama. He is 100% right. I mean, we never really did have GOOD chance at getting Rose, because it was based off a lottery system. But we do havethe power to persuade him to come here. Will we do it well enough for him to come to NY? I dont know the answer to that question, nor does anyone else untilJuly 1, 2010.

Knick fans/organization just has to continue preparing themselves for that Summer, and try to look as appealing to LeBron as possible. Lets not get ahead ofourselves, for all we know he can sign with the Nets or re-sign with Cleavland.

When the time comes, we can talk about that. But right now, getting our hopes up and then having it shattered isn't something longtime Knick fans can dealwith this time around. Lets cross the LeBron bridge when we get to it.

Its not only about Lebron though dude.

There are a lot of top tier free agents in 2010, and the Knicks put themselves in a position to be able to snag 1-2 of them up if things work out right.

Lebron is just the top guy, and only a handful of teams will be able to afford him ie Nets, Knicks, Cavs, etc.

95% of us aren't running around the board talking about LeBron/Knicks every chance we get. Some of us are logical. I know I'm extremely excited...andit's not because we're gonna get LeBron. It's becauise we'll be in a situation we haven't been in for nearly a decade, and that's ableto sign players in a year where there will be a lot of talent out there.

And we never said we were getting D. Rose, it was more hoping. I know I was at least. There's nothing wrong with keeping your fingers crossed, is there?

Ever since the trades went down theres been a lot of hateful posts about the knicks. I mean dudes on here acting like the knicks trying to improve themselvesis hurting them personally. I want lebron to go NYC but if he doesnt he doesnt, they'll get at least two big name free agents to sign in 2010. Funny howpeople are quick to say the knicks been trash since blah blah blah, but yet they still worry about what they are doing.

I have noticed how salty Bulls fans have been toward the Knicks lately. But to be real, I think the Knicks getting LeBron depends on the real reasons why he would want to be there.

We all know his media persona and the answers he gives in interviews is not 100% the real deal of what's going on...We know he's thought about it.

But does he just want to be in a bigger market? Just to say he plays in NYC?

Bigger market = More money etc.

Or does his desire to win a chip outweigh that?

Because if that's the case, Then why would he want to go to the Knicks if they don't already have the pieces necessary to get him a ring? It would belike 10 steps backwards.

Yea, You have the prestige of playing for "The Greatest City Ever", But nothing to show for it. So theKnicks really need to sweeten the pot so that LeBron would want to come there feeling like he has a legit shot at getting a ring.
