Obviously this season is the year of Lamar Jackson. But the coolest thing for me about the whole story is how much is teammates and coaches ride with him. It's like the MO in that locker room is protect Lamar at all costs. Both on and off the field. That Chargers game in the playoffs was not the goods. But Lamar kept his head down this past summer and worked on literally all his flaws. His teammates recognize his work ethic as well as his humility.

The Bears have the toughest remaining schedule in the league.
The Bears are not winning the NFC North.
The Bears are 2 games out of the last WC Spot.
No matter how ****** this season has been as a Bears fan coming off last years season to deal with.
No matter how inept the offensive side of the ball has been this season...
Regardless of all of that ****....

The Bears are 6-6 and will be playing a meaningful game in December tonight.

As a fan at-least I have one more game to get my hopes up for.

Cowboys are 0-6 in games where they don't score 30 or more points.
Bears have only allowed one team (Saints) to score more than 17 points at Soldier Field. Last 5 home games, bears have given up 10, 6, 17, 13, 14.

I think the defense does all it can to keep this game close, 4th quarter takeaway and a Bears offensive score on short field.
Roquan and Eddie Jackson will make some big plays tonight.
Cohen / Montgomery need to be used in the pass game to spread them LBs out

yea.. not sure why they wouldnt just shut dude down.. not a doctor.. but dude isnt 22 yet

i guess they're still in the playoff hunt.. i guess you gotta really weigh how much the long term means vs potentially getting to the playoffs.. i think they should have a bunch of home games to close

could basically look forward to 8 good years unless something terrible happens.. extend him after year 3 so you can space cap hits over year 4 and reduce year 5 of the rookie deal cap hit and that carries him over those 8 years you know a RB is good for (and takes him to 30)
