But receivers clearly can't be that important when you have the best tandem in the league In Diggs and Theilen, but are last in your division.
I'll settle for at worst the 2nd best TE in the game.

How do you know? Just because there's games ahead doesn't mean there's linear progression. He hasn't progressed at all since...ever. He looked bad pre-ACL and he hasn't looked very good so far this season through 4.
