I'm still in ...... so far there has been absolutely NO positives at all, ZERO, NADA NOTHING. I find myself raging at the slightest of agitations .. It doesn't help that I'm two weeks in and I am frustrated beyond belief dealing with this girl I work with .... God Dammit screw her, her extremely jealous boyfriend, and that god damn cb trying to play that whole friendship angle while throwing salt in my game ... I can't even msg all the filthy things I wanna say because her bf checks her phone ..... BTW idc about anyone attempting to condemn my actions

Actually after seeing those complex lists and googling a couple of names I almost gave in and man that wshh video but decided to just go to sleep instead. Man you guys have no idea how frustrated I am right now .. I hate oneitis so much

im still in it. things were bad after the first 4 days but on the 5th day, i stopped getting urges completely. im unfazed by pron. even my girl played with mr. wiggle stick a little bit last night and this morning (without finishing) and that didnt even drive me crazy like it normally would. at this point i feel like i could go years without busting ahhahahaha. and oh yeah, man up gents. go no nut, or dont go at all. it's only 30 days
