Just tried on a pair at Nike Lab NYC...

Comfort is out of this world. I hope the plush cushioning holds up in the forefoot because that's what really sets them off. Can't wait for the flyknit and Air Force 270 joints.

I'd say my TTS is a 9 and the 9 fit me perfect. If you want a little more wiggle half up.
I'll give you a rundown of how I like my sizing in a few shoes for maximum context:
Vapormax: 9.5 (but can wear a 9, it's just a little tight at the tongue area).
Vapormax Plus: 9
Presto: 9
350 v2 9.5
Human Race NMD: 8.5
