Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy" 2/25/12: NO BUYING/SELLING/TRADING! YOU WILL BE BANNED!

sorry for the bad quality pic but when i was at work and my girl told me that my shoes came in i just rushed home and took a look at these babies. No lie i was staring at them for a good 20 mins. My money was very well spent i am completely satisfy. Will wear them when the NY weather gets better.

Considering we barely knew about this one month ago, what type of attachment could one person have in WANTING these? I would sell with the quickness. It'd be pretty stupid to hold onto anything that has a 4-6x value.. That's just crazy. I think I bought half of what I own for less than a grand..

Craziness. Nothing in this hobby makes sense, from both the people owning the items and the people releasing them.

prices are actually slowly declining. we know that 95% of ppl who bought these only did so to resell. the resellers were/are hella greedy on this release, therefore many of them are and will be stuck with their pairs. i could be wrong, but considering some places haven't released them yet, (over seas in particular), there should def. be chances to own these for under $1000 soon. that's still ridiculous, but it's better than the current prices. those of us who really wanted them, but missed out should have a shot as time wears on and the yeezy releases approach. there will be chances!!

No, they are ugly. I wanted a pair, and once I saw it in person they turned me off. Much better in pics I've seen leading up to the release.

But you still bought a pair bro

prices on these definitely will decline. people think that resell on everything last forever, so wrong. the thing is that most of the time if you dont resell right away you risk the value dropping. look at the white cement 4s. they were 300 the first day and now have settled in the 230 range. also the rumor of a re-release has resellers worried. i see these being like south beaches because it seems they were produced around the same amount as those. give it 6 months to a year and these will be in the 550-600 range.

South beaches didn't get hyped up until WAY after they released. Dudes were selling for $230-$250 for a couple months after the release. These are a different story.

True.  I copped mine two months after release from FC for $350.  They has a ton of pairs.  If only I would have known what would happen, I would have cleaned them out.

I was surprised that cops cleared the parking lot out after all the numbers were called for the raffle and escorted each winner from the store to their vehicles.

Nice. Police escort and all
yea, nice.  one of the most crime ridden areas in the nation and police resources are wasted escorting $20 sneakers to the safety of private vehicles.  its like the twilight zone...

I would consider this a good idea being that just a few weeks ago someone was shot and killed over some zoom rookies in dc. Its not like we were escorted all the way home, just to the parking lot wherever we parked. DTLR was in a shopping center btw so most people were parked in the immediate parking lot for the store.

Congrats on your purchase.  You are going to wear them?  I wouldn't even feel comfortable wearing the shoes, thinking about someone stepping on them, etc.  Just the thought of 2 grand(market value) for the shoes with each step would be too much.

yes, a lot of people are emotional that people made easy money off this release

I don't see why people are bending reality to keep the "sneakerhead" dream alive

I understand and ive said it numerous times before if you (not meaning you) really wanted the sneaker, you woulda put in extra effort in getting them or doing some homework.

Point blank sneaker game is !##%+@ up. But now Ive done my homework for the past year when it comes to releases and so far im a perfect 12/12.

You know where all your pairs of galaxy foams at HOH Orlando went? He currently has 13 pairs according to his picture.

Ebay seller: this_is_my_item

I just need one pair, but whatever moving on to the next shoe

Smh dudes in here bickering for what? Thunderchunk whats your angle bro? Im trying to figure out why you're so concerned with how people feel about resellers of this shoe..did u sell a pair?
They're only really going for 2 grand on fightclub, everybody knows theyre always way overpriced anyway.

So what some folks made some dudes 1200 bucks on shoe, is it really that big of a deal to you? U seem giddy as hell about this whole thing.

I got mine in the mail yesterday, $1300 on ebay, broke them out today to work out indoors. Chest and triceps then Ran for over 30 minutes on the treadmill and they felt great. Some dude ran up and took pictures of them on my feet. People can't help but stare at these. Very Nice!

Honestly can't even be mad at dudes that copped to resell these...who wouldn't want to make $800-1000 profit off a pair of shoes!...I mean where else is the average person gonna make that much in a single day/transaction (besides illegal activity)

I'm not a big fan of re-sellers but if I copped these then I def would have sold them for that much of a profit....in the end they are just shoes and I'm not losing any sleep if I had a chance to sell them for that much

Anyone who is saying they wouldn't sell them is
A. Lying to themselves
or
B. really liked them from the get go before the hype and wanted to keep them
