Nike Air Jordan XIV OG outsole paint bubbling

I have a pair of OG 14s where the paint has started bubbling on the outsole. Has anyone had this happen to them? Can it be restored? Lastly is the color in the area where the paint is bubbling Grey or Pewter?
If anyone has some insight please share. Thanks
