Nike Air Max 270 React

So after wearing these for like three months, they are way more comfortable than I initially thought. The Air bubble to React transition is weird at first but eventually I would argue it feels even more bouncy and responsive than the 270s, which I still wear today. My only gripe is the upper feels like paper, but I guess it's similar to the React 55 in that regard.

I've got about 2 dozen wears from a few CW's. I'd say they're not super comfortable but not uncomfortable either. Definitely a lifestyle shoe. I can definitely see how some would say they're clunky. Not Jordan 11 clunky but yeah a little bit.

Now's a good time to steal a pair off of Nike.com. Their 20% off of sale (Code: GOBIG) ends today. I grabbed these for just over 70 shipped a couple days ago. They somehow remind me of the Aquamarine 180s which I've beat to death. Will match with a couple of polo shirts I have and ultimately become summer kicks but I love the design of these shoes.

Interesting, are those lace locks or just part of the tongue? If lace locks, I wonder if all of the new models will have them.
