Yep, it was those canyons. I'm surprised Nike didn't utilize two toned midsoles more often, as I think they add a lot to the look of the shoe. Their midsole is layered and contoured perfectly for two tone paint schemes. The original design sketches pictured below obviously intended for a two tone midsole, but it seems Nike went the more cost effective route of slapping a pure white midsole of most pairs.
They are closer to their og form more than air max plus. Tuned air is treated like a step child among air maxes. The quality is terrible and they keep striging them along whats the point
Got this today Air Max Plus txt cool grey pure platinium white, product number : 647315-091 , 2015 Made in Vietnam , very nice cw
What the **** game is Nike playing? I have to admit shark teeth pattern look better on Vapormax but Didn’t the shark teeth just came out on Original AM Plus?
Yep two tone midsole paint look great I was thinking whether I should strip the paint on my 97/TN and paint some black two tone colors
My boy showed me a colorway of AMP's I never seen before on some IG page dedicated to the model. They were primarily white based with black and a neon-green type color. The waves faded from that green to black if I remember correctly. Does anybody know the name of them? I wanna say they were an early 2000's release from the description I read on the post.
Air Max Plus "Wolf Grey" (852630-003) WOLF GREY/DARK GREY-WHITE-VOLT November 2016 (Europe-Australia)
I hope one day these come out again. This material was crazy... the pic does the shoes no justice. I got so many compliments when I used to wear these.
Wearing this today , Air Max Plus midnight navy blue Carol White, product : 647315-447 , 2014 Made in Vietnam..
lol that’s how I’d wear it early 2000s in England probably have a TN hat on as well Will have to look around see if there’s any pics my family got of me like that lol
Still wear it like in the 90s lol lacoste or football tracksuit top, tracksuit bottoms/diesel jeans and TNs/BWs thats like 85% of my combinations of clothes when i see those blacks/arab that try to look like thugs with all slim/skinny clothes and with TNs it makes me laugh PS: no racism intended, I'm arab one outfit very popular around me is also True religion baggies and TN combinations...the french style with an american accent, Canada is a melting pot lol
I'm talking about my community as being a part of it and leaved that post scriptum so the thread doesnt go off topic about my post...you post is right but here it wasn't my goal to sound/be racist
UNDS these this evening. Thinking about painting the midsole accents ie :Hyper blues. White midsole is cool, but I think navy accents at the heel and toe would give them a much more aggressive, lower profile look. Thoughts?
