- yeah, the track can be pretty beneficial. Meets halfway between treadmill, because it helps with impact and you get the outdoor factor.

They look fake to me. Are they supposed to be Vomeros?
Any idea how much further you run doing it this way?
I wanna guess each lane is about 7-10m apart depending on the track, so I think you'd be running an extra 250m-300m per lane for each lap alone. Lane 8 is about 450-455m instead of 400, so 450m x 4 is about 1800m, which is a standard lane-1 mile run + half a lap.
I like to do intervals, because I like to give myself that challenge of the work on speed. I actually started to focus on breathing techniques for those runs, because it helps enforce the breathing technique for when you're running outside. For me, every 1-2 step is an inhale and the 3rd step is the quick exhale, and so on. Yep, running can get pretty detailed, haha.
When I did intervals with NRC (Black level), I had to put on the brakes frequently, so I didn't overtake the pacer. For me, doing my continuous runs made intervals very easy for me. Or maybe I was in the wrong pace group...
Ran in my new peg 33s today. I love them. So responsive. Ran a PB 5km in them. Hope they start to show up at the outlets so I can stick up on them
Yea, the Peg 33s are easily my favorite current shoe to run in. I love the lil bounce in the forefoot
I love how these 33s perform and look so much that I'm seriously considering purchasing another pair to stock...
The upper on the 34s definitely reminds me of the Free 3.0 version... 5? Looks very breathable.Still curious when the Zoom collections going to get the flyknit treatment?

A day off calls for two runs!

When I started running, I was overweight and had a 10min/mile pace... #RunningChangedMyLife

I like my 32's but hoped the 33's would be softer in the forefoot now that they have zoom but thats not the caseIn comparison, the Pegasus 33’s forefoot midsole foam stack is thinner, and there’s a Zoom bag inside. And unlike the rearfoot, the forefoot has full outsole coverage. So the front is firmer than the rear, and more so than the Pegasus 31 or 32. While the Zoom bag has its benefits, it makes the forefoot stiffer than before.
