Anyone else use this?

I tried using it the other night and I have to say it is a pain in the *** to set up.   Not to mention it recorded my vertical at 55.5 inches.   I wish!

Post your experiences here and lets help each other figure out if this app is worth the $80 or not.

Once you have the sensors paired the first time it's quick. I play 3 times a week and only have to charge them about once a month. The vert gets messed up if you hang on the rim or land on someone. The top ten average vert is a reasonable measurement. The dunk showcase mode is fun a few times. If I couldn't dunk I would think its garbage but since I still can I find it fun. Sometimes I find myself running a bit harder if I know my stats are being tracked. I wouldn't pay $80 for the sensors but for $40 off eBay I think it's worth it.

Cool! Still haven't figured out if this works with the iPhone 5 or not. It seems the iPhone 4S doesn't require the adaptor like the iphone4. I'm assuming it uses Bluetooth to communicate with the shoe sensors?

Anyone not able to share your stats on Facebook? Pretty much tried troubleshooting everything and no luck. Made a quick Twitter account, and posted just fine.Just wanted to know if anyone was having/had this problem.  Other than that issue, app works fine. Except the vertical can be off sometimes. Thanks guys.

Currently using an iphone 5---This is the error I get every time I try and post to Facebook.  Thanks

i dont understand half the stats it gives but its fun to mess with from time to time.

other then the hanging on the rim "Glitch" its pretty cool

Yeah mine registered a 62.9 from landing on someone which kept me in the air only momentarily so it still registered as a jump. I feel like they could be doing more with the data. Charting leaping ability or hustle on a weekly/monthly basis to show improvement or lack thereof.

Yeah the vertical jump readings were cool until it said I jumped like 50 inches

Noticed the new latest Kobe's and the KD's don't have the basketball+ sensors - I wonder if they will be in the Lebron 11s. Kind of feels like Nike might be abandoning this tech. General response from me and my friends is that its cool but can be inaccurate and more trouble than useful. Plus the extra cost is a turn off for most.

Seems like Nike did since it hasn't been released on any shoes. When I asked Nike they tweeted back that they had no plans for it in upcoming releases of shoes.

My 2 cents on the Nike+ BB: I enjoy it and work harder in games. Won't be getting Nike shoes again until they officially obsolete the product or bring out the new Nike+ BB shoe.
