I am struggling with placing orders on Nike.com. During the check out I got 98d2586b error code which is linked in credit card billing address. I provide all my credit card info correct tho... Even if order pass throw, after few hours is cancelled by Nike. I suppose, my IP address is on the "black list". The only way to pass it its placing orders using mobile data but it aint a solutions for a longer term. Have you guys have same problem? Do you use proxies? Have any hints?
