Nike Cortez Comeback?

got mine today... very disappointed with the outcome.  one of the shoes has a huge dimple on the toebox that can be pushed out and on the other shoe it looks like godzilla blew his load all over them with the insane amount of glue stains.  was very excited for these as their my first pair of cortez's in years but huge letdown because of the QC

Winter storm FedEx delays are keeping me from my pair until tomorrow at the earliest. Oh well.

 

Just received mine in today. I guess they sorta fit me, left shoe is slightly narrow in the toe area where my big toe bone sticks out a little on da side, might stretch some...Yeah, the leather is soft, but remember its Nike leather lol. I might post some pics up later, only got a potato phone for a camera. May have my roommate take some shots wit his camera. No glue stains or major flaws.

 

Not perfect, wasn't expecting it of course.
Leather is soft, some dimpling which is expected.

got em for $19.99 at a champs outlet store

I remember a time when most people didnt like Cortez shoes
I bought a pair 5 years ago for 60$ and remember them being comfy but no way would I pay over 60$ for em

My pair from size? Came today. Ordered an 11 but didnt know the sizing was in uk so its a 12. 11.5 woulda been better better but oh well, better a little too big than too small. Besides that, they sent the shoes in a damn bag of death from overseas, needless to say the box was completely crushed and ripped smh. Shoes are fine tho, and oh so soft. That 70's stuntin

 

ordered from them only once f'ed my order up so bad and took almost 6 weeks to get everything sorted out I said never again. 

 

Few sizes of gumps. Bout 140 ish to us. I can't do it. Maybe someone else wants.

I recently copped the "Forrest Gump" Cortez and the quality of the leather is great! I am very pleased with the shoe and they are extremely comfortable.

 

I was going to get the QS ones recently restocked.. But then I thought about that Forest Gump quote.

Just picked up a few pairs from Shoe Palace-interesting company to buy from. For a shoe that is reselling so high they seem to have a lot of pairs. Possible restocks on the horizon for the Gumps?
