Adding to the last post , a lot of bulk buyers ship to buyers out of the country. They will come in before the weekend, take pics of the shoes and send them to the buyers then tell them what to buy.

Everything is online. If you don’t hear back within a week or 2, call the store and ask to speak with a coach.

Just curious but anyone get the employee discount on the Black mamba Kobe A.D.’s (In store) I know they are not on swoosh and I’m trying to see if I can get the discount in store

Hate to revive a dead thread but I just finished 10 years at the company and plan on moving to a new company who offered better benefits (health wise).
I received my lifetime Swoosh discount at 5 years so that's good.
My question is, how many did you guys have on your play account? Right now I have my whole family, 7 people.
Trying to figure out if I should cut some people or if 7 is a safe number.

Last thing I want to happen is lose this perk after dedicating my life to the company for so many years.

Oh really?
I had always followed the reddit saying that "if one of the members on the account abuses it, that the account holder (me) has to bear the repercussions and that everybody loses the benefit."

I don't even know who my point of contact is at this point so I didn't even know who to call to ask this question.

I just don't want a family member abusing it and then I lose my lifetime perk which I worked hard for.
I heard once you lose the discount, it's almost impossible to get back.
I can only tell the members to not go crazy but it's not as though I can actively monitor by checking their purchase history + credit card + address info etc.

You’re good as long as no one abuses their benefits, digital LP is a ***** and you don’t wanna raise any red flags by removing people if they haven’t violated in any way, definitely express the importance of the swoosh discount and you’ll be straight
