Nike Factory Store Return Policy?

I bought some shoes from a factory store (Livermore), but wasn't sure if they have the same return policy as Nike.com.
Would they accept a return within 30 days for worn shoes?

There really is no return policy, as long as you have your receipt they’ll take it back even if worn.

Ehhh...that depends. Some Nike team members aren’t too pressed but I’ve been to stores where they will inspect the soles and everything. Better have a good claim on why you wore them and returned them just in case.
