Nike fakes

I'm so very curious to really know the EXTENT of fakes.  I mean we all KNOW that $200 retro jordans get faked.  and really all signature shoes, like lebrons and kobes.  but how far down the food chain does it go?  are they making fake $150 jordan super flys or nike hyperdunks?  are they making fake $90 prime hypes?  are they making fake $50 overplays?

and what are the actual worldwide numbers do you think?
