Nike Foamposite "Comic Strip" Sample?

Gotta admit, I love foamposites, but lets stick to solid colorways. These are very ugly in my opinion. Thoughts?

Those are actual samples from 1997 or 2002, who knows... but are alot of 1 of 1 samples floating around.

You can definitively see they are at least a few years old. Ugly.

They belong to former Nike Basketball footwear director product creation Jeff Johnson. Looks to be same as the 97 gum sole foam pros, dno if they are a sample or custom judging by the size tag

Im pretty sure they are a sample, it says it in the story i believe.
