Nike footscape woven 360

I just bought these at a second hand store, and I'm a little worried they are fake, but I got em anyways since they look insane, and I've never seen this model before. The thing that worries me is that they are US 9.5, but they fit me and I usually wear US11.

I would like to know:
1: If they are legit
2: what they could be worth in VNDS condition without the box
3: Where and when these were released, since I've never seen them before

fake.
the shoes, materials and all related look good.
but the tag is off. too much space on tag.

*the tag IS off. if the shoe was made on "01/02/01" it would have used the tag where its supposed to touch the bar-code.

I returned them today and got a full refund. ($90)
The store owner got pissed and told me, that they are authentic regardless of what I say.
I told her that the sneakers were released 07 but the tag said 01.
I also brought sneakers from 07 and 02 for reference, but she didn't want to see them, since no matter what I said, they were authentic.
I also told her that the tag said US 9.5 and 279,2cm and not 27,5cm like it should. -And I told her that they in fact were US11 by size.
The problem is that they were really well made. The only quality difference I found was that some parts of the sole were hard plastic, and not rubber (wich made them sound like a pair of high heels). There is also a slight color difference of the laces compared to a legit pair.

I'm really thankfull about your help and the money back, however I feel sorry for the next sucker who buys them.
