Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit difference between mens and womens

Hi,
    I bought nike free flyknit 4.0 black/grey colour, which I thought was unisex, turned out it has womens on the box haha. They look the same as the men s nike free 4.0 flyknit on my eye, but I would like to ask you if there are any difference between the men s and womens versions apart from some of the colours and the sizing which may be a bit different. If they are exactly the same in terms of appearance and dont look like womens shoes, I will not return them back as it is a bit of a hassle. They fit me perfect by the way.

If there's any difference they'd just be a little more narrow. Otherwise - it's the exact same shoe. If it fits - I don't see a reason to return.
