I'm having problems with the insole of my frees.  The left one feels fine, but the insole of the right one moves around throughout the day and I have to adjust it.  The problem is, I feel the arch of the insole too low on my foot (but only in the right shoe).  I found some arch supporters in the box of my AM90's and I put those in there to try to fix it.  They kind of fix it but they it's still too low.  My apologies if this doesn't make sense, it's kind of hard to explain.

Have any of you guys ever had this problem?  If you have, how do you get the insole to not move? Also, is it safe to put these in a washing machine?

^ I put an arch supporter (that came with my AM90's) in there.  Kind of made it feel better, but not completely

I have a pair of nike free 7.0's and i have the same exact problem lol.

My left insole moves.  I can feel the bottom of my shoe in the front.  Like my toes go over the edge of the insole.

I don't really notice it too much when im running because i try not to pay attention but it is super annoying.  I heard you can glue them down in place but i have never tried or just replace the insole.  I was thinking of double sided taping it though.

Btw u like your nike free runs? i was thinking about picking up the livestrong pair i heard they are glorious runnning shoes.

Yeah they're great. I wore them to the gym earlier this week... phenomenal. The comfort is like none other.

I don't wan to get like Dr. Scholls insoles or another brand because I like the way the Nike ones look.

I'm going to Nike ID a pair of these this summer though.
