Nike Free Run?

Does anyone actually go running in Nike Free Runs? I need a new pair of kicks for running and I figured I'd ask you guys for your opinions / reviews of them? Are they legit for actual running?
I'm flat footed if that matters. Any suggestions / reviews would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The best and most comfortable sneaker/shoe i have ever wore for casual walking, running, training and just lounging around.

I'm wondering this too...I'm wondering if the Nike sub-par quality doesn't affect the free runs.
