The first rule of getting hook ups from a NIKE rep (or any other rep) is do not ever ask for a hook up. When I was with NIKE, I had a running mental list of footwear and apparel sizes for people that I gladly looked out for. Not one of them ever asked me for a thing, but we took care of each other based on an existing relationship. I seriously doubt any reps are going to reach out to a complete stranger. Seems like you would have a better chance of gaining access to rare shoes by getting to know the staff at retail stores. If you do meet a rep, offer to help them with a local event like a camp, clinic, or weartest session.
