oh another note i just got 16' elite all reds last week...damn they feel good. Besides them being a little tough to get into i dont understand why they didnt get much love.

I'm very disappointed in the performance of 2017 (non Flyknit version), not because of the more common complaints about the React cushioning, but instead the lockdown fit.
Initially bought a pair of Lows in US9.5 which I though fit well, until I played in them. My feet constantly slipping sideways when I make hard lateral cuts and almost out of the footbed. Of course ended up returning them. Then the other day I tried a pair of Highs in US9 and realized they fit better and more snug. I thought it was due to the incorrect sizing so bought a pair again. Sadly same thing happened: The upper material feels too soft that it couldn't contain my feet securely on the footbed. Every time I make a hard cut or stop, especially sideways, my feet slide out of the footbed...
Never had such an issue with any other bball shoes before, not even in my Metcon4...
Anyone had similar experience?

I tried on a pair at DSG. i had to go .5 down, they run long. I can feel the zoom units for that "bouncy" feel. I'm wondering if the upper material will break in a lil more...

I used to love the hyperdunk line for hoopin but my last pair I really balled in was 2013 I think, I haven’t liked any of em since. These look so boring and generic but maybe good performers
