Pics are out. Nike ditched REACT on the HD 2018. What a failure. I would've thought they'd tweak the foam and bring it back. But they dropped it, after year 1, on the shoe that was the REACT springboard. Nike is slipping terribly...

Now that the PG3 is out, the Kyrie 5 is out.. does this model with forefoot and heel zoom units prove to be a better buy from a tech standpoint?

I am currently playing in these and they are great for their intended purpose, just wish the traction was a bit better. Prices are dropping because people don't rock these casually but i'd much rather play in the HDX's than PG3 or Kyrie 5.. Only shoes i'll trade up for are the LeBron 16's and Jordan Supreme Elevation.

Cool thanks for the insight. Got great reviews when they first came out but pretty forgotten by Nike and the public otherwise is seems. Still see a few nike-branded athletes wearing them.. Horford, Ben Simmons, Bradley Beal i believe.
I did see complaints on the traction on NDC reviews

After looking closer, can def see the PG3 influence - the half bootie/tongue and the center tongue/lace containment loop thing
