It looks like a thin layered mesh with a layering of felt for the patterns. Reminds me of the Kobe 6 actually. Like the top layer is to protect the mesh.

The only real stinker of the line was the 11.
It's very obvious that these came from the Kyrie designer, though. It's basically a Kyrie 7 and kd 13 with a strap.

I still play in my KD 9 Elite, 10, 12, 13.
I ended up getting rid of my 11. Least supportive booty upper I've ever tried and the react was completely caged.

I didn't hate the way the 11 looked, but the cushion was completely caged in and the shoe itself hurt my arches. Couldn't even rock them casually, so they had to go.

With the GT series coming out....I’ll pass on the 14 all day. I know the Kyrie designer did these, but man, they look just like Kyries. That bulky looking design. With the sleek look of the GT ball series and the packed tech inside. I’m out on these.

Sorry but the KD 14 is a complete flop aesthetically. These literally look just like a Kyrie budget shoe Design wise this does nothing for me. They look like a $75 kids shoe.
