damn, just as suspected.. I called around to 4 or 5 different pro image stores and tthe only black MVP shirts they're carrying is a black adi one. oh andthey won't be getting them either =(. some dude on lakersground says he heard from a "reliable source" that the shirt'll be released on NDCcome monday. probably BS.

even tho KB24.com says the shirt won't be releasing to the general public, anyone out there have any luck?

Like you guys said already, they didn't have the Nike MVP tee, but they had the adidas ones. Passed by on my lunch, and checked it out. They did have theDodgers' fitted in Purple/Gold Laker colors though.

the shirt jack was wearing should be out within the next couple weeks. nike was initially having legal issues with it; they were able to distribute them forfree but could not sell them . . . somehow they got through whatever loopholes they needed to and they'll be at select niketowns, and possiblynikestore.com and kb24.com soon.

legal issues? i'm assuming because of the MVP? Being that Adidas is using that due to them having control of all apparel in the league. I hope to see it aswell, would match my black lites perfectly.

yea I just saw that website yesterday. just glad that it's gonna be a wide release it seems. even though the name of the shirt carries the word"limited" with it.

is all that stuff about nike overcoming the legal issues confirmed? your source?
