Facts, lol. A guy on my basketball team has 18’s, and the tongue of those things are always riding up, slipping side to side, and cutting into his leg.

Probably a remnant from my skating days, but I enjoy the puffy/padded tongues. I think wearing a large size might be part of it too, because sneakers with "normal" length tongues always seem too short for me. The proportions aren't always 1:1 on the larger (or smaller) sizes.

Played in these again today…

I have these and had a pair of KD 14’s… Kinda similar in forefoot feeling, but the KD has a soft cushlon midsole and Im assuming the K8’s have phylon. KD heel is soft, with lots of compression and the Kyrie more firm with a slight bounce but not much.

Good looking out. No colorway and color blocking options I like besides gum sole. Those Space Jams are enough heat for me

Spider-Mans. I put “power” on one shoe and “rspnsblty” on the other and used ghost color on the laces as reference to the webbing.
