Damn, why not just use the 17 silhouette and retool the entire shoe just for him? Sure it’s decepticon type marketing, but switching shoes during the game is a far worse look. Then again it’s the first game of the season...no need to ring the alarm just yet I suppose.

my guess 17's just isn't a good point guard shoe for him since he was playing that position tonight. Switched to something lighter like the lows, and tried to get it to work.
I think it's more that the 16 is still on shelves, so you gotta sell it
