The Still TalKING cw is nice! The translucent sole makes me lean toward passing though.

I also wish that all the 23s had a simple Swoosh, a small LJ crown on the ankle area instead of their nicknames.

What other colors besides the masked menace have yet to be seen? Out of the 23 colorways

I saw a few good points that l want to address:
The Memphis jersey was applauded bc it is seen more of a tribute than a cash grab, people don’t immediately think to buy jerseys they same way they think to buy shoes.

second point, if the motel sells commemorative items, the profit goes to the motel. I doubt Nike plans on donating any proceeds.

I think the March on Selma would’ve been an excellent tribute, esp if they would’ve donated to a charity. 20% of each purchase goes to a certain foundation, for example.

nike has been a longtime donor to the museum fwiw

Nike has lost their minds releasing all of these colorways that are all eventually heading to the outlets, Ross and Burlingtons.

It seemed like the Sneakernews account was the first to announce the shoe's release with the Lorraine Hotel in the background. I don't know what the process of deciding how shoes are rolled out to social media and in what fashion, or if Nike has any input on those posts, but you'd think Nike would have enough sense to say "that wasn't our intent, take that post down" if they didn't.

If the teal is intended to reference the site of his assassination, it's in poor taste. They never stated it's a reference to anything else, though.

If you're doing an MLK release, you should put extra care into the thought and marketing of the release, and Nike are clearly guilty in their carelessness. Just putting "EQUALITY" on the back of the shoe and calling it a day is so half-assed.

Redemption is 1/30, nothing before correct? If the equality’s are released it’s February?

Yeah when I first saw their post I questioned the accuracy since it wasn't coming from Nike directly and they've been known to post wrong info. I'm surprised Nike hasn't stepped in to clear this up.

Gonna disagree with slapping equality on the back of the shoe. The 15's, 16's and NXXT Gen's were great, just wished Nike dropped more of the 15's instead of the raffle they did.
Redemption is the next release. Equality's/HTK are end of Feb.
