Nike LeBron 23

Is the drop in midsole removable on the Warning Label/All Stars?
I can't seem to remove it & I believe it is removable on other versions, right?

This is the only 23 I own so wasn't sure.

I have the masked menace. The insole is really tight in there compared to other drop ins i've had. It took some time to get it out but it comes out. I think the carbon plate also makes it tougher because it doesn't bend as much.

Yes, they can be pulled out, it just takes more force than the normal versions.

I know these are supposed to be “shoe bag” but this back logo got me thinking mega millions lottery ticket

these are getting copped

Half size longer then the regular pairs that already run long?

The regular version runs long, but the last is so unanatomical and the collar is so thick and stiff that it fits best true to size, in my experience. But I know that some people have had success sizing down.

The elites have a thinner collar and heel to accomodate the sockliner, which makes them feel slippy at the heel compared to the regular version. So I feel like they'll be more comfortable sized down.

Finally got a chance to break these out on court

1/2 size def fits better for me, but MAN the tongue and ankle collar area is super stiff… debating if I really want to deal with an uncomfortable break-in period or just give up on this model altogether

I did a runners knot to improve the fit around the ankles. theres a thick seem on the tongue that causes a lot of pressure.

Is loosening them a little an option?
Maybe just walking around in them… but the shoes are so wide I have to tie the laces pretty good or it feels like my foot is moving around

Thanks for the tip. I’m going to try that next time I wear them

My ankle pain came from lacing the last eyelet too tight. Sucks cause that’s the one you need tight. That combination with that slippery heel is a bad recipe
I’m going to try some different laces and see if that helps. Hopefully the upper softens up a bit more with wear. It’s a very supportive shoe, probably more than I need but I’m not complaining
