Besides the SBs and MN lows, neither of them had shoes that resold for a bunch. Then again, reselling prices were WAY different back then. Kobe Vs/VIs retailed for $130 and you could get grinches shortly after they released for less than $300 if you wanted


Of course now clowns will pay $600+ for grinches which cracks me up

On NT alone the original Lebron 9 thread hit 1000 pages in February of 2012. That’s before the playoffs and immediately after the AS game. The Kobe VII thread hadn’t hit 600 by September posts to date.

This isn’t a slight to Kobe but to say his shoes are above Lebrons is sensationalizing things a bit.

KD&Bron definitely did more that year. AS really helped all 3 models.

I used to think $200-300 resale on LeBrons and **** was crazy in that early 2010’s era. Even sold a few of my worn retros (Cement 3’s/Metallic 5 level ****) VNDS for $200+ thinking I came up

Man if I only knew. Would have scooped everything.
