I think the 250 ones include the nike+ technology and the ones that are 140 are probably just the sneaker

Volts, USA, China, PR, and Brazil are all $140, so no Nike+ tech on any of them.

the only plus version releasing on june 29th are the black blue and purple pair the volt's, USA and china colorways are all the regular version
