Nike never shipped my shoes

i got a pair of Obsidian 1s on SNKRS app and it’s been a week since they released and the tracking number says they haven’t shipped yet, has this ever happened to anyone. am I even going to get my shoes?

Check out the Jordan brand section. There’s a thread for this shoe and I’m sure people can help you out there.

Most people in general don’t even buy sneakers like that anymore

They said that they were going to send my info to a support team and that they would let me know what happened in a couple days. They offered a refund but I’d rather have the shoes

Some saying they got the shoes and others saying they got a refund doesn't help you though. Only nike knows what'll happen.

I'm not into shoes but I've placed over a 100 orders with Nike and this has never happened to me.

It takes 2 - 3 days for my order to get from Lebanon, Indiana to my mailing address in California.

Just file a charge back with your CC company.

Nike doesn't give a ****, they will refund you, but if you don't want to wait for "support" just go through your card issuer.
