Nike outlet 30% off back wall?

It seems like every other time iv been to the nike outlet (multiple in the tri state area) the shoes one the back wall that have the tops ripped off are 30% off. My question is when do they do this? Is there some sort of rotation? I thought it was just weekends but thats not true. Anyone with input would be great.

i think its scattered shoes that they don't have enough to have their own section in the aisles.

basically things that they just need to hurry up and get rid of

during holidays, or when theres a big event in town or whatever is when we usually do ours, we do it when we know theres going to be alot of traffic

9 times outta 10 its all crap. Iv also gotten some great pick ups on there tho.
