Pretty sure u can.....if theres no zoom @ all then its a defect..just carefully take out theftl sticker n go to the outlet..did it with my okc cw...it was make poppin noises but the draw back is they might just give u same day credit...if u really want the same shie just bring it back to ftl n tell em that u want the same shoe to replace the defective one..the worse they can tell u is..no

I wear a 14 in both...they're about the same, but the PG2 has a little more wiggle room for your toes. I felt the Kyrie 4 was a half size small in length.
