Nike Presto TP QS?

Pretty sure I just got scammed for some fakes. I thought these would be the Presto Flyknit Ultra's that recently dropped but these showed up at the door. I looked up that model and it ended up being a low top model. I just want to make sure these are confirmed fakes before I file for a refund. Thanks for any help!

Absolutely fake. Size tag design is off. Product code on it (and on box label) doesn't even exist. Box label refers to a different type of shoe (Presto TPs) but even then, the box label is also totally off.
